Hi, I'm Vernon, aka "thecakeguy". I'm a self taught cake decorator and have been decorating Wedding Cakes since 1987. On this site you will find information that will help you with the selection of your wedding cake. My photo gallery includes many pictures displaying a wide variety of different types, styles and shapes, including rounds, hearts, ovals, hexagons and squares that you can mix or match. I have many more photos to choose from or you can bring your own. There are many different ways to stack and set up your cake. I also provide a large selection of flavors and fillings. If you have a flavor that is not listed, please let me know and we will see what we can do.
I do most of the floral arrangements on the cakes myself. I can create them out of frosting, you can use silk, or go all out and use fresh flowers that match your other arrangements and bouques.
My schedule usually books up fast during the spring, summer and early fall months so I suggest that you don’t wait; book early and reserve your date. A $50 non-refundable down payment is required to hold a date. The balance of your order will be due ten days prior to the wedding.
